How to use the TeamViewer Remote Support

We use TeamViewer to provide remote support for those situations where we need to access your computer to see what the issue is. In those instances, we will ask you for a phone number and agree to a time to call. Download the appropriate app below. When we call, we'll have you launch the quick support app. Once it is running, you'll give us the unique ID number and password to allow us access to your computer remotely.

There are two Quick Support apps, one for Mac users and one for Windows users. Please download and run the appropriate one for your operating system.
